Elliott sighed, stretching his arms into the air sitting down by a pond, a Super Rod in hand, with a pile of net balls resting in his bag. He was there because one of his so-called 'Clients' had ordered him to capture a Seadra. Personally, Eli would have preferred to have been requested a Kingdra. But his client had their own reasons for wanting a Seadra. Something about a childhood dream or something.
Oh well, it wasn't any of his business. His job was to capture and collect rare and powerful Pokemon. He wasn't on either side, Team Igneous or the Rebels. He would work for them both, as long as it payed. And the more important the vessel, the more he got.
It wasn't as if Elliott didn't respect Pokemon. He treated them as Allys. They weren't just packages he could make a quick buck off of. Eli had always thought they were amazing. Small creatures able to manipulate elements, breathe fire, poison others. Absolutely fantastic.

Yawning, he held on to the Super Rod tightly. Elliott had learned from experience to keep a tight grip. One day he'd loosely held on to it... and wound up dragged underwater by a Sharpedo.
... Not the best thing that could have happened.
Elliott sighed, so far, there had only been a Wailmer and a few Marill. Well, it wasn't really the best place to search for a Seadra.. Not that he hadn't found one there before. He just wasn't having much luck.
Humming, he glanced over to his left, seeing a shabby looking Taxi pull up and drop someone off. Who quickly enough walked into Professor Fig's lab. Probably here to pick up her first Pokemon.
He would remember to ask her if she wanted him to catch her any Pokemon when she came out. But right now, he had business to attend to. Elliott had just felt a strong tug at his Super Rod and was reeling it in as fast as he could, always remembering to give some slack. He pulled it up fast.
A Seadra. Perfect.

Eli grinned, standing up and grabbing a Pokeball from his waist, tossing it in the air and releasing a Wigglytuff in a flash of red light.
"Wiggly~! Wigglytuff~!" The Rabbit-like Pokemon called, making it a point to wink at the Seadra. Just her being showy.
"Alright, Lullaby. Use sing~!" Elliott called out in a sing-songy voice, putting specially designed earplugs into his ears to block out the noise. The Wigglytuff nodded and started to coo.
"Wigglytuff~~! Wigg-a-ly-y-y-y-tuff~!" Soon enough, the Seadra began to lower it's eyelids, falling into a deep sleep. Elliott smiled.
"Alright, before it sinks underwater... Net Ball!" He called, grabbing the sphere from his bag and tossing it at the Pokemon. Engulfing it in a net surrounded by blue light.
